We believe in integrity. That's why we don't feel hesitate to share information. Our service charges are mentioned below.

  • Service Charges for Land:
    • Land value is below BDT 50lac- service charge is BDT 30,000 for a service period of 40 days
    • Land value is above BDT 50lac and below BDT 2crore - Service charge is BDT 50,000 for a service period of 90 days
    • Land value is above BDT 2crore and below BDT 5crore - Service charge is BDT 90,000 for a service period of 120 days
    • Land value is above BDT 5crore - Service charge is negotiable
  • Sales Service and Commission:
    • BDT 10lac to BDT 1crore- 8% of total value
    • BDT 1crore to BDT 4crore- 6% of total value
    • BDT 4crore to BDT 10crore- 5% of total value
    • Above BDT 10crore- Negotiable

Please note that all transactions must be proceeded through Account Payee Cheque in favour of ES Properties Ltd.
